The Post Graduate Programme in Retail Management (PGPRM)
course structure has been developed so as to balance
conceptual inputs and leadership skills. The focus is
on the development of business analysis, problem
solving, decision-making skills, positive attitude and
leadership ability. The teaching and assessment methods
aim to create a participant-driven learning environment,
so that it encourages the students to take greater
initiatives and responsibility for their learning.

The overall aim
of the programme is to provide students with a
high level of knowledge and understanding of the
concepts and processes involved in retailing and
to equip them with the necessary practical,
research and analytical skills necessary for a
professional career in the retail trade or an
allied sector. The objective of the Post
Graduate Programme in Retail Management are:

knowledge of contemporary retail management
issues at the strategic level.

relationships.
